Privacy notice
Last updated 14 July 2026
This notice explains what personal data we collect when you join the Cachet founding waitlist, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It covers the waitlist only — it will be extended when the membership product launches.
Who we are
Cachet Concierge is operated by Future Sight LLC. Future Sight LLC is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us about anything in this notice at [email protected].
What we collect
When you request a founding membership, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the city you'd like to be matched in;
- your answer to the one question we ask.
We also use Plausible for basic, privacy-friendly analytics. Plausible is cookieless, sets nothing on your device, and does not collect personal data — so there is no tracking-cookie banner to click.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use your details for one purpose: to run the waitlist and write to you when your number comes up or your city opens. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights) and that will not affect anything we did before you did so.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until we launch in your city, or for 24 months, whichever comes first — after which we delete them. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we will.
Who else processes it
We keep the list of processors short and name them plainly:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores the waitlist in its D1 database, under Cloudflare's data-processing terms.
- Plausible — provides the cookieless analytics described above.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
Where it's stored
Your data is processed and stored outside the European Economic Area on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Where that involves transferring data out of the EEA or UK, the transfer is covered by Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum and the Standard Contractual Clauses, which are the safeguards these transfers are required to use.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you, and ask for a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- erase your data — ask us and we'll remove you from the list;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- complain to a data-protection authority if you think we've handled your data badly.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll handle it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle waitlist data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. For anything significant, we'll write to you.
